Weekend Ticket FAQ
Activity Risk Assessments will be published one week before the event. These will be subject to change and finalised risk assessments can be reviewed with each activity leader. You are responsible for your general group management risk assessments.
The weekend ticket is only for access to the programme and campsite for the weekend and camp fees.
However we do have a reasonably priced Goodwood Grill onsite which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The weekend tickets include full ask to the campsite and all our programmed events, this includes your camp fees.
Leaders get a discounted rate but still have access to all the same activities the Explorers
The Unit and their appropriate Leaders are responsible for the NAN. The event is only responsible for the programme of activities not the management of overnight camping.
No! All Explorers attending must be with the relevent amount of Leaders and a Nights Away Permit Holder
Smaller groups may be required to share campsites as space is limited at the event
