General Booking FAQ
Your District Lead Volunteer is responsible for signing off your Nights Away Notification (NAN) form and any risk assessments related to:
Your campsite and its setup
Group control and supervision
Any activities you plan independently as part of your programme
Fire safety or use of open fires on your site
No, your District Lead Volunteer does not sign off risk assessments for the centrally organised activities at Goodwood. These fall under the responsibility of the Greater Manchester West Lead Volunteer.
Who is responsible for signing off the risk assessments for the activities taking place at Goodwood?
All risk assessments for the organised activities at Goodwood are signed off by the Greater Manchester West Lead Volunteer.
Each group and unit should be responsible primarily for first aid incidents. We will have first aid points and first aiders across the event to supplement cover.

You are able to make changes to your booking via the link in your confirmation email. You can only make changes prior to the cut off dates advised on the booking page.
If you've made payment via PayPal payment your registration will be confirmed straight away
If you've made payment via Cheque your registration will be confirmed when we recieve the cheque
If you've made payment via Bank Transfer your registration will be confirmed when we recieve a statement from the bank. Please note this is only once a month through the post.
